The objective of this project was to improve user experience of the Compass Card website. I and other teammates worked together in the planning and ideation process which included user research, competitive & gap analysis, content strategy and information architecture. Then each of us worked individually to redesign the user interface, create wireframes, and develop the prototype.

My approach was to treat the homepage like a directory of the site that lists all important actions that users can perform. To improve the navigation of the site, I also extended the tabular menu and added the search field.
